As a general rule, we prefer to undertake all of the digital forensic examinations in our own secure laboratory, and there are multiple reasons for this. We operate 24/7 including weekends, to ensure we can turn around your supplied device, be it a phone, laptop, or computer, within 24 to 48 hours regardless of from where in Australia it was shipped from.

Reports are generally released a few days later subject to work loads and complexity. Reports are placed onto a USB 3.0 SSD and can be unlocked ready for your own Corporate Branding.

For extremely time sensitive operations, such as live arrests or warrant executions on a suspect, we are able to support Government Agencies and Law Enforcement clients with both extraction and parsing on-site. On such occasions we can also agree to never actually take custody of the devices or the data sets; they all remain on location under supervision of the client.

Our Computer Experts include former Police Computer Crime Squad Detectives; and our Mobile Device Experts are both University Qualified in Computer Crime, and Trained in Israel by various Digital Forensic Examination Tool Vendors.

For cases that involve Criminal or Family Court matters, we offer independent Expert Witness assistance, noting whether hired by the prosecution or the defence team; we are subject to cross-examination on our findings or position.
